Do I need to order my cookies in advance?

As we move into the Holidays, Saturday Cookies order delivery will run 5-7 days out. We encourage customers to place their orders during October, November & December delivery as early as possible.

* Orders for our Famous Texas Cowboy Cookie should be placed a couple of weeks in advance!

Can I phone or email an order for pick-up?
Of course! The best way to place an order is through our new online ordering system. However, you can also contact us at any of our locations and one of our Catering Managers would be happy to assist you with placing an order over the phone.

Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick-up?
Because we receive a large volume of order requests, we request that all call-ahead orders be placed at least 24 hours in advance. However, you may always come into the shop during our regular business hours and purchase any number of cookies as a walk-in customer.

Do I need to pre-pay?
For pickup and delivery orders, we kindly request payment in advance. Our delivery agents do not accept cash on delivery.

Does Saturday Cookies deliver?

Yes! Saturday Cookies delivers to the Greater Baltimore, Maryland, District of Columbia and Virginia areas. The minimum order for delivery is one dozen cookies in Greater Baltimore and two dozen cookies in other locations. Please allow a three-hour time window for delivery.

What is the earliest time I can have my cookies delivered?
We deliver seven days a week. Our earliest three-hour delivery window is 10am to 1pm. Our latest delivery window is 4pm to 7pm.

Can I have my cookies shipped to me?
Yes! We now offer nationwide shipping to the 48 states. Please visit our website for more information on shipping or to place an order. You can email all questions regarding shipping to shipping@saturdaycookies.com.

Does Saturday Cookies only bake cookies?
Yes, but we are part of the International Dessert Group and our sister companies specialize in several dessert Cupcakes (Charm City Cupcakes), Brownies (Blue Sky Brownie Company), Vegan Desserts (Ruby's Vegan)

Does Saturday Cookies sell mini-cookies?
We do offer mini cookies as part of our menu! We ask that you purchase at least two dozen per flavor. The cost is $29.00 for two dozen mini cookies and you can choose from any of our Great Eight flavors.

How do I store my cookies?
We recommend that you store your cookies at room temperature. If you will be consuming the cookies more than 24 hours after purchasing them, you can store them in air-tight containers to preserve the freshness.
