Mama Ida (my great grandmother) is our guiding inspiration. Most of her life was about taking care of families. She would cook and bake for other families and then come home and do the same for her own family. She believed that feeding people fresh, hot delicious food was doing God's work.

So, for us baking cookies and feeding people is our contribution to society. We have used the best of the recipes and what else we can remember from how she mixed and baked to create the Great Eight ...Our traditional gourmet cookie line.
